Hidden leaks can cause serious structural damage if left undetected. We use advanced equipment to locate the source accurately without unnecessary disruption to walls, floors, or fixtures — saving you time, mess, and money compared to a speculative dig-out.

Our Full Range of Plumbing Services
Leak Detection
Bathroom Installation
From a like-for-like suite replacement to a full bathroom transformation, we handle the entire process. Our team manages all the plumbing, tiling, and finishing work, so you have one reliable team to deal with from start to finish.
Tap Repairs & Installation
A dripping tap wastes more water than most people realise, and low pressure makes everyday tasks frustrating. We fix faulty taps, replace worn washers and cartridges, and fit new taps and fittings — quickly and cleanly.
Outside Taps
A properly installed outside tap makes garden maintenance, car washing, and outdoor cleaning significantly easier. We fit weather-resistant taps with isolation valves and frost protection as standard, so they work reliably all year round.
Kitchen Plumbing
From new sink installations to dishwasher and washing machine connections, we handle all kitchen plumbing work neatly and correctly. We also supply and fit water filters and boiling water taps for a more functional kitchen setup.
Water Pressure Solutions
Poor water pressure is often a symptom of an underlying issue rather than something to simply put up with. We diagnose the root cause — whether it's a blockage, a failing pump, or a supply problem — and recommend the most effective fix for your property.
About This Service
Professional Plumbing You Can Trust
Our team has been serving homes and businesses across Manchester and Greater Manchester for over 25 years. In that time, we've built a reputation that speaks for itself — not through advertising, but through thousands of jobs done properly and customers who come back to us again and again.
Every plumber on our team is hand-picked for their skill, their attitude, and the way they treat people's homes. Whether we're fixing a single dripping tap or overseeing a full bathroom installation, the standard of care doesn't change. We work tidily, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the quality of everything we do.
We also believe that good plumbing should be straightforward for the customer. That means honest assessments, transparent pricing, and no attempt to upsell work that isn't necessary. If a repair will do the job, we'll tell you — we're not in the business of creating problems to solve.
From routine maintenance to complex installations, you'll find a team here that takes the work seriously and genuinely values your trust.

What our clients say about our work
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After weeks of frustration with a leaking toilet that Rightio had supposedly fixed and checked twice, the leak was still there. In desperation, I searched Google and found JB7 Plumbing and Heating.
I rang on Tuesday 30th June at around 2:30pm and spoke to Sam. Luckily, they were able to book me in for 9:00am the following morning. John arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. The fault was a slow fill and a defective fill valve, which was causing the cistern to overflow and create the persistent leak that had been missed previously.
John was kind, friendly, highly experienced and a top-quality tradesman. Thanks to the excellent teamwork of Sam and Mary, communication throughout was outstanding, and the repair was completed by 2:00pm the same day. The work was clean, tidy, efficient and carried out to a very high standard.
The difference compared with the incorrect advice, diagnosis and repair I received elsewhere was remarkable.
What I'm most pleased about is that I've found a local plumber I can genuinely trust. JB7 Plumbing and Heating are transparent, friendly, helpful, provide superb customer service and deliver excellent quality workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will, definitely use JB7 Plumbing and Heating company again.

Google“JB7 Plumbing have been fantastic from start to finish. They came to my home to replace a water heater, and John and his colleague did an excellent job installing the new boiler. They worked efficiently, were professional and friendly throughout, and left the area spotless when they finished.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The quality of their work and customer service was outstanding, and I'll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.”

“Would definitely recommend. John and the team were able to come around late to help switch the heating system on following a house move, and then organised to visit later that week to install a new boiler. They were super friendly and helpful!”

“John from JB7 Plumbing came to my rescue after a complete toilet fiasco.
The week before, I had been ripped off by another plumber who left my toilet loose, poorly secured and leaking – significantly worse than the original broken flush I had paid him to repair.
I posted the job on Checkatrade and JB7 picked it up. John came round, quickly identified the problem, explained exactly what had gone wrong and talked me through the repair. Reassuringly, he stuck to his original quote with no unexpected extras.
Once the work was complete, he gave me a thorough handover and even told me to get back in touch if I experienced any further issues.
John was professional, friendly and courteous throughout.
The toilet is now rock solid, working perfectly and completely leak-free – and all for less than the original cowboy had charged me.
I genuinely cannot recommend JB7 Plumbing highly enough. Brilliant service from John from start to finish.
Thank you!”
