After weeks of frustration with a leaking toilet that Rightio had supposedly fixed and checked twice, the leak was still there. In desperation, I searched Google and found JB7 Plumbing and Heating.
I rang on Tuesday 30th June at around 2:30pm and spoke to Sam. Luckily, they were able to book me in for 9:00am the following morning. John arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. The fault was a slow fill and a defective fill valve, which was causing the cistern to overflow and create the persistent leak that had been missed previously.
John was kind, friendly, highly experienced and a top-quality tradesman. Thanks to the excellent teamwork of Sam and Mary, communication throughout was outstanding, and the repair was completed by 2:00pm the same day. The work was clean, tidy, efficient and carried out to a very high standard.
The difference compared with the incorrect advice, diagnosis and repair I received elsewhere was remarkable.
